STL to LIFT Certificate TU-Sofia<\/strong> is part of the notified body and specializes in the field of lifting and handling machinery and in particular in the fields of passenger and cargo lift constructions, ropeways, and lifting equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The laboratory is equipped with more than 10 specialized test stands for the research and testing of lifts and safety components, as well as modern mobile and stationary computer systems for measuring dynamic and electrical parameters. These systems are essential for conducting tests in accordance with applicable European Directives and Standards during the conformity assessment procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to being part of the notified body, the laboratory serves as a scientific and applied research facility, where students and PhD students from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Sofia are trained in areas such as lifting and handling machines, logistics equipment, and human transport systems. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
